About Me
Looking back on my professional journey, one theme stands out: my work has always been about creating safe, empowering spaces where individuals and teams can grow, learn, and thrive.
I feel incredibly fortunate to have built my career in fields that resonate deeply with my sense of purpose. From my early days as a journalist for an investigative news magazine in Austria and the U.S., covering social issues, to my later role as a communications professional and team leader with Doctors Without Borders / Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) — my driving force has always been the desire to make a meaningful impact.
As an intercultural trainer, university lecturer on transcultural collaboration, and trainer, mentor, and coach in the international humanitarian sector, I’ve continued to align my work with what matters most to me: fostering a world that is more socially just, inclusive, and compassionate.
Today, as a proud member of the Climate Coaching Alliance, I bring a systemic perspective on our planet’s crisis into my coaching practice. I offer a safe setting for clients to explore their relationship with nature, gain clarity on the impact they want to make, and build resilience in the face of today’s global challenges.
I deeply believe in the transformative power of coaching. Time and again, I have witnessed how it sparks profound change. I trust in people’s ability to grow and overcome challenges—and I consider it an honor to walk alongside them on that journey.
My home base is in Vienna where I live with my husband. I am a proud mother of two sons in their twenties. My leisure time passions are hiking, traveling and vegetable gardening.
My values in a nutshell: Radical kindness & unwavering optimism.
My services are available in English, German, French, and Spanish.
